Epotheca Amandus

For Gastronomy Week, we are creating a special menu that stays true to the Amandus style while pushing the boundaries – hence its name, Four Worlds. During the dinner, guests will be welcomed with a drink representing the four worlds, followed by four chef’s compliments, a vegetarian starter, a meat-based main course, and dessert. A fully vegetarian version of the menu can be ordered in advance by noting it when making a reservation.

Two chefs well known to Amandus guests – Paulius and Pavels (Paulius Pavels Cooks) – previously part of the Amandus kitchen, are now developing their own projects. Their tandem intertwines with the architecture team ArchRoom, responsible for the interiors of both the Amandus restaurant and Gourmet.
